Who We Are
Sivana Bilişim is an Istanbul based IT services company founded in 2005. For 21 years we have been designing, installing and supporting the hardware, software and network infrastructure of businesses of every size, from a single office to multi-site companies.
Our approach is simple: understand the business first, then the technology. We do not sell products; we take responsibility for an infrastructure that has to work every single day. That is why our customers work with us for years, not for a single project.
Our engineers know the platforms they support inside out and, just as importantly, know how to explain a technical problem in plain language. Whether it is a vendor-independent hardware choice, a custom .NET application or a secure network design, you always talk to the person who will actually do the work.

Why "Sivana"?
Our name is not an abbreviation or a made-up word. It comes from a place in a book that shaped how we think about work, time and people.
In Robin Sharma's fable, Julian Mantle, a star lawyer who collapses in a courtroom, sells his mansion and his red Ferrari and sets off for India in search of a different way to live. High in the Himalayas he finds what few travellers ever reach: a hidden village of monks known as the Sages of Sivana, led by the wise Yogi Raman. In the book, Sivana is described as an oasis of enlightenment: a place where people live simply, think clearly and grow a little wiser every single day.
The sages teach Julian a handful of principles that sound deceptively simple: master your mind, know your purpose, improve a little every day, live with discipline, respect your time, serve others selflessly and live in the present. We chose the name Sivana because these are exactly the principles we want a technology partner to be judged by.
For us Sivana means an infrastructure that is calm and uncluttered rather than complicated; a team that keeps learning as technology changes; discipline in backups, updates and documentation; respect for your time when something goes wrong; and the understanding that our job is to serve your business, not to sell it products. The name is a daily reminder of the standard we hold ourselves to.
